In the first semi-finals of the TOP4 around the women’s basketball cup, Alba Berlin had to give up the Saarlouis Royals with 67:72 (40:23) and thus missed the move into the final. In the second semi-final on Saturday evening, DBBL leader Keltern prevailed clearly with 90:57 (38:33) against the Angels Nördlingen.
Alba with strong start
Alba Berlin left no doubt from the first second that the Saarlouis Royals should not be made easy. The Berliners looked concentrated, started powerfully and played in a flow early. Around 2,000 fans in the Sömmeringhalle also made their contribution with a great atmosphere.

Alba remains stable

Keltern only at the beginning with problems
The second semi -final between the Rutronik Stars Keltern and the Angels Nördlingen was only a close matter in the first two quarters.
