With effect from March 2025, IPH Centermanagement GmbH takes over management for the “NOC” Nordoberpfalz Center in Weiden. IPH acts on behalf of Fondara Immobilien AG, which IPH commissioned at short notice to management the center. The task includes property management, rental and marketing of the shopping center.
“The ‘Noc’ is the most important shopping center in the northern Upper Palatinate and turns it to: inside from all over the region. Our goal is the strategic development of the real estate and rental concept as well as the operational excellence on site in order to make the NOC even more important for its customers: inside, ”says Lars Jähnichen, Managing Director of the IPH Group.
The “NOC” Nordoberpfalz Center opened in the city center of Weiden in September 2019 and contains around 50 shops on a rental area of around 18,000 square meters. In addition to offers for local supply, clothing, medium-term needs and gastronomy, there is also a ballet school, a fitness center, a parking garage with around 450 parking spaces and a video gaming hall for children.
IPH Centermanagement GmbH currently looks after around 20 trading properties in Germany – from large shopping centers to complex retail centers. IPH Center Management, together with the companies IPH Handelskimmobilien, IPH Transact and IPH Marketing and Operating Society, belongs to the IPH Group.
