The 1. FC Magdeburg has extended the contract, originally expired at the end of the season, with Alexander Nollenberger. The association did not announce how long the 27-year-old is tied to the second division clubs. Nollenberger has been active for the FCM since 2023 and has so far played 42 games (one goals, four templates). This season he comes to 20 out of 24 possible missions.

“Alex has continuously developed over the past year and a half and has made the leap from the 3rd league. He is a prime example of how to achieve constant improvements with a positive basic attitude, tireless efforts and strong will-and thus work into the team, ”said sports manager Otmar Schork.

Coach Christian Titz added: “Alex has arrived what we had hoped for. He has developed well and is very profitable for our game with his dribbling and his clear entries. ”
