Belgian Public Prosecutor’s Office opens research into Hack van Groep “linked to Volks Republic of China” that stable of State Security data

A group of very competent Chinese hackers stolen data from Belgian state security between 2021 and 2023. It is about the heaviest security incident within the service, several sources confirm. The Belgian federal public prosecutor reported on Wednesday that they started an investigation, which confirms Minister of Justice Annelies Verlinden (CD&V) in the Chamber on Thursday.
