The Spanish fashion brand Bershka has made the market entry in India. On Wednesday, the label, which belongs to the clothing group Industria de DiSeño Textil SA (Inditex), announced that it opened its first store and its own online platform in the country.

Bershka chose the Mumbai metropolis as a location for his India premiere. There, the brand now offers its complete collections for women, men and children in the Phoenix Palladium shopping center on a sales area of ​​472 square meters.

In Indian specialist media, Bershka had long been speculated after the Inditex brands Zara and Massimo Dutti have already successfully established themselves in the country. The group itself announced the opening of the first Bershka store in Mumbai last spring in its latest annual report.
