Lewandowski equalizes TSG leadership
The game started at breathtaking speed: Andrej Kramaric missed the TSG lead with a double chance after five minutes. Excellent minutes followed from Hoffenheim goalkeeper Oliver Baumann: he showed his class against Serge Gnabry’s volley (10th). He also made strong saves against a cross that was deflected towards the goal (13′) and when Thomas Müller shot (15′). An offside goal by Müller didn’t count (27′).
The missed chances of the Munich team were to take revenge: A cross from David Raum reached Baumgartner at the far post, who netted the hosts with a direct acceptance.
