Very young drillrappers hostage neighborhood where 11-year-old was seriously injured

In the house on the Rotterdam street, where an 11-year-old boy was seriously injured last Sunday by presumably a firearm, there were young teenagers who are part of a local group of very young drill cutters. The day before the drama there was another check in the street by the police.
