It stays well in the refrigerator and is suitable for many foods, like meat or fried greasy fish.
In addition to chili flakes, the sauce gets its taste from Sichuan pepper. The pepper tastes rough and slightly acidic menthol and a nuance of juniper berries, black currants and fir hood.

Chili sauce
12 cloves of garlic, chopped
8 tbsp chili flakes
4 tbsp sesame seeds
8 tbsp sichuan pepper, chopped
3 dl rapeseed oil
1 dl soy sauce
8 tablespoons of reed sugar
8 tablespoons of peanut butter
8 tablespoons of vinegar
1. Mix all ingredients, pour into the pan and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
2. Cool, place in a jar and store in the refrigerator.
