A tragic incident occurred in the game of Borussia Dortmund against Sporting Lisbon. A man died in the stadium.
A volunteer helper of the BVB died on Wednesday at Borussia Dortmund’s Champions League game against Sporting Lisbon. The following day, BVB did not provide any information on the circumstances of the death of the 63-year-old at 0-0 in the playoff second leg.
The man has been used as a volunteer at Dortmund home games since 2013, hardly missed a game of the black and yellow. He leaves a woman and two daughters.
