Europol warns of the rise of “violent online gaps” that manipulate minors to eventually abuse them. The European police agency warns that children must be closely monitored to prevent them from being recruited by this kind of cult. “These networks radicalize spirits in the shade and encourage them to violence in the real world,” says EuroPol’s head, Catherine de Bolle.
