The 1-0 of the FC Barcelonas against Rayo Vallecano was a special game for Lamine Yamal: the European champion, who was one of the Laliga durators among the strikers in 2024/25, played his 100th professional game for club and A national team. At the age of 17, seven months and four days, he cracks the next record and is the youngest footballer who reaches this brand in a top European league. The first German can be found in 33th place in this ranking.
The Spanish shooting star only needed 660 days to make the 100 missions – 83 of which he completed for Barça, 17 for the national team and collected 51 scorer points. In front of Lamine Yamal, the Belgian Romelu Lukaku led the list of the youngest players with 100 missions. The striker reached this in the service of the RSC Anderlecht and the Red Devils at the age of 17, eleven months and seven days. With Youri Tielemans (18 years, five months, eleven days), Lukakus Landsmann finds himself in third place. Jude Bellingham is the only player in the Top-10 who played his 100th professional game during his time in the Bundesliga-in a jersey by Borussia Dortmund and at the age of 18, ten months and one day.
The latter also achieved US international Christian Pulisic. The 26-year-old also wore the black and yellow jersey in his 100th professional deployment, was 19 years, four months and nine days old (28th place). Just a few days younger was George Best (19 years, three months, 13 days; 24th place), who already recorded more than 100 of his 470 competitive games for Manchester United in the 1960s in the 1960s.
The youngest German professional with 100 missions was Julian Draxler at the age of 19 and five months. The 31-year-old debut at 18 for the national team, for which he played 57 more games. He already cracked the 100 with his training association FC Schalke 04, for which he ran 170 times. In the international comparison of the youngest professionals with 100 missions, Draxler is found in 32th place. Just behind, the former Dortmund Youssoufa Moukoko (19 years, five months, nine days; 35th place) is in place. In the TOP-50, Bavaria’s Jamal Musiala (19 years, six months, twelve days) took 42th place.
