According to “Bild” information, Omar Traoré has been on the list at Union Berlin for a long time. The Köpenickers are said to have dealt with the 27 -year -old right -back from 1. FC Heidenheim both last summer and winter. He could also become an issue for the coming season, but Traoré apparently also aroused internationally desires with his achievements in the Conference League.
In the current squad of Steffen Baumgart, Josip Juranovic (29) and Christopher Trimmel (37) are two nominal right -back. With 350 missions, Trimmel is a record record of the Iron, but his contract expires at the end of the season. How the Austrian continues is not yet foreseeable, and in the past season he had only extended his working paper shortly before the expiry. Juranovic came from Celtic in January 2023 for 8.5 million euros and is still bound until 2027. Traoré moved from his home club VfL Osnabrück to Heidenheim in the summer of 2023 and immediately became a regular player. In the current season, he stood in 29 games for the Conference League participant in the field and was able to prepare two goals. His market value has increased tenfold after its change to 4 million euros. His working paper is still valid until 2026.
