Municipalities about lack of help for Vlaardings foster girl: we are not about supervision

Municipalities must arrange that youth care is available for children who need help, but they are not about the quality of care. This is apparent from a conversation between the Vlaardingen care alderman Jacky Silos-Knaap, Youth Assistance Rijnmond and the Association of Dutch Municipalities (VNG) with a committee of the Vlaardingen municipal council on care for the so-called foster girl.
