Belgium was revised the development cooperation with Rwanda to respond to the violations of the territorial integrity of Congo. That says Minister of Foreign Affairs and Development Cooperation Maxime Prévot (Les Engagés), after Rwanda announced that it would suspend the development cooperation with Belgium.
