A 48-year-old Colombian singer had to cancel his Sunday gig in Peru after being hospitalized for stomach problems.

The singer Shakira, who is currently on tour in South America, has been hospitalized in Peru. Shakira says on Instagram that he was hospitalized for stomach problems.
Shakiran was supposed to appear on Sunday in the capital of Peruvia in Lima.
– Last night I had to go to the emergency room for stomach problems and I’m at the hospital right now. Doctors treating me have said that I am not in good shape to perform tonight, Shakira write In the story section of Instagram.
He says his team is trying to organize a new time for a canceled gig. He is scheduled to perform in Lima on Monday.
– I hope I get out of the hospital and I am fine tomorrow so I can perform, he writes.
The Shakira tour began on February 11th in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Next month, he has five concerts in Colombia. He heads to the United States in May.
Earlier in February, Shakira was awarded the Best Latin Pop Album Grammy Award Album Las Mujeres ya no llraran.
