Corry Konings (73) stopped singing on funerals: ‘I just can’t stand it anymore’

In the sixty years that the Top 40 exists, crying was too late for you from Corry Konings for almost 43 years the most successful Dutch -language single. The number was in the hit list for no less than 41 weeks. Fifty -five years after the Brabant singer made it with the racks, Corry is still playing with it, although she has now passed by some moments. “Singing on funerals has become too emotional for me, I don’t do that anymore.”
