At the age of 43: Ex-Bayern professional plays for fourth division clubs

Danijel Pranjic was active for the German record champion for three years. But now, four years after his end of his career, the Croatian apparently returns to the pitch.
Between 2009 and 2012, he played a total of 85 competitive games for FC Bayern, won the Double in the Bundesliga with the German record champion in 2010, was on the pitch in 58 internationals for Croatian National team: Danijel Pranjic is not only well in the memory.
Actually, Pranjic had finished his career in 2021 after a last station as a player coach at Omonia Psevda in Cyprus. After that, the long-time left-back took a coaching career at various subclass clubs, only supervised Dubrava (2021), then Trnje in his homeland in Croatia, then Sloboda Tuzla (2023) in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Ahyronas-Onisilos (2023/24) in Cyprus, Finally, Gošk Gabela again in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
But now Pranjic excited with a different message: The now 43-year-old apparently actively returns to football-for the ambitious fourth division club Adunații Copăceni in Romania. This is reported by the Romanian portal “Liga2.ro”.
It is still unclear whether Pranjic is “only” to the club as a player or even as a player coach, it continues. According to the report, Pranjics also contributed significantly to the decision of ex-professional.
Adunații Copăceni wanted to advance the promotion to the country’s 3rd league, had already strengthened with five new players in the winter transfer window. The club is second of the season in Playoffs for the promotion. With his experience, Pranjic should now also make his contribution.
