The information threshold for fine dust in Flanders and Brussels was again exceeded on Friday. The inter -regional cell for the Ircel environment expects the particulate matter concentrations to be at least 24 hours higher than the information threshold, and therefore activates the information phase. In the meantime, the Flemish Environment Agency is calling not to burn wood in fireplaces or stoves.
