Russia spent more on Defense last year than all European countries together. This is evident from a new study by the ‘International Institute for Strategic Studies’ (IISS). The think tank immediately warns that Europe is facing a major challenge, if the United States were allowed to decide to provide less help to Europe and Ukraine.
