Foreign Investors in Housing disappeared: Koerst shortly towards 450,000 houses

Last year, corporations and institutional investors put € 3 billion in new rental properties, a quarter more than in 2023. Dutch pension funds are ready with more money, but foreign investors no longer show themselves. At the current building pace, the housing shortage will probably grow considerably to 450,000.
