I have an appointment with the King’s Commissioner in North- Brabant. In the Bossche provincial house I am welcomed by the room keeper. He brings me to the Antichambre.

One wall of the room is formed by cupboards with a barely visible door handle in the middle, which leads to the room of the commissioner.

The room guard prepares me for her arrival. He points to the door handle and says: “So immediately this latch goes down and then the commissioner comes out of the closet.”
