Those who have to say goodbye to a neighbor can soon visit a digital platform for the administrative handling. That will drastically shorten the processing time, promises Flemish Prime Minister Matthias Diependaele, also competent for digitization. “Just at a time when you, as a relative, have a lot of other and more important concerns, you have to go through an administrative and slow running process,” says Diependaele. “We are now getting rid of that.”
