Borussia Mönchengladbach’s misconduct of his followers is expensive. Due to the burning of pyrotechnics, the sports court of the German Football Association (DFB) condemned the Bundesliga club to pay a total of 101,000 euros.
Incidentally, incidents were punished in the league or cup games at FC Augsburg (October 4, 2024/10,000 euros), in Mainz 05 (October 25, 2024/4,000 euros) and Eintracht Frankfurt (October 30, 2024/27,000 euros) as well as against Borussia Dortmund (December 7th/60,000 euros). From the total amount, the association could use up to 33,600 euros for its own safety or violence prevention measures, according to the DFB.
