A little 21-year-old woman from Breda was convicted on Wednesday for, among other things, threats with death, an attempted serious abuse and destruction. She only benefits from a long -term and intensive treatment, the court determined in her hometown. Society will also be helped with this TBS measure, because the chance that it will be over again is huge.
It concerns a total of no less than twelve facts, committed in less than seven months. Moreover, all of this happened in a period in which the woman had already been convicted for another offense. She also had three conditional penalties open. This did not prevent her from being verbal and non-verbal.
The judge finds the number of facts she has committed seriously and extremely worrying. According to experts, the woman has been struggling with problems since her childhood and is struggling with various disorders.
Physically and mentally excited
The woman could be arrested last April with a lot of pain and effort after she had attacked two supervisors of the municipality in the Wilhelminapark in Breda. One of the victims was put into her arm and was not recovered both physically and mentally. She has stopped as an extraordinary investigating officer (BOA) and has been at home since then; She has left fear of it.
Her colleague feared for her life, suffers from sleeping problems and has been under treatment. The Breda was accused of following this employee of the municipality and had threatened with a knife. Breaking out area prohibition
