The fashion chain Zara, which belongs to the Spanish fashion group Inditex, started a cooperation with the British fashion designer Samuel Ross. It is not about a one -time collaboration, but about a “continuous, multi -part design dialogue”, said Zara in a message on Thursday.

The collection called SR_A (Samuel Ross Atelier) is a capsule collection for men’s clothing, which is presented in curated installations in Paris and New York before it is available via the global network of Zara.

The collection consists of outwear of naturally refined fabric and with hoods that are shaped so that you can look out of them or hide in it. Also accessories such as trapper hats made of art fur and shoes-for example sandals with a hand-painted surface and Japanese shiso sutures and new Loafer silhouettes in VEG TAN. The bags are made of over -colored cotton and provided with Velcro fasteners.

Samuel Ross is currently one of the most influential contemporary fashion designers and artists who worked with brands such as Nike, Hublot and Apple. The designer, born in Central England, was the first design assistant of the late Virgil Abloh and founded his own brand A-Cold-Wall in 2014, which he sold to Tomorrow LTD at the end of 2023 and was taken over by Four Marketing about a year later.

Today Ross runs the multidisciplinary Samuel Ross Atelier and is devoting himself to the creation of art, furniture, industrial design and clothing.

SR_A Engineered by Zara will be presented on February 6th together with a campaign photographed by Gabriel Moses.
