According to Gabarra, coffee can well be stored in Finland at room temperature. Unlike in warm countries.

– In Brazil, I keep coffee in the fridge.

Otherwise, everyone can make and enjoy their coffee as they wish, Gabarra says. According to him, there is no one right way to make coffee.

– The best coffee is the one you like and enjoy. No way is better than the other in this regard.

Gabarra says she is so busy on weekdays that she drinks espresso on weekdays. Favorite coffee varies.

– When I have more time, I enjoy filter coffee.
