Anna Kournikova is rarely seen publicly. But now new photos of the former tennis player are circulating – who ensure conversation.
She was one of the most famous tennis players in the world at her active time, but in the past few years it has become quiet around Anna Kournikova: The former world ranking night has rarely been seen in public since its early end of career in 2003.
But now new photos of the now 43-year-old caused a stir-and concern. Because Kournikova can be seen in a wheelchair on currently widespread pictures-the first in two years-on her right leg, the Russian, who has had the US citizenship since 2010, wears an orthopedic shoe.

Kournikova had ended her career early on due to persistent injury problems, back and spine problems forced them to retire at the age of only 21.
