Actress Aake Kalliala mourns the departure of her friend Sulevi Peltola.

Peltola’s death was reported yesterday on Tuesday. His death first told General.

– The big and good actor left us. The professional and Helkatti’s nice was to work with him, says Kalliala.

At the age of 78, Peltola died with a long-term illness.

– Probably easier to be sweet now, Kalliala estimates.

– It was rewarding, throwing ideas to each other. Then they went from the instructor to ask if we could do it. They almost went without exception [läpi].

After filming Kotikatu, Kalliala no longer met Peltola, but they were in contact by telephone.

– Not seen after that. He was in Tampere and I was in Mikkeli. On the phone, he called, very active in that sense, he says.

– Not here anymore lately [soiteltu]. He was already so much that he couldn’t really figure out where we were going, Kalliala says of his findings.

– Probably he had plans for anything, but a little illness … he probably didn’t really understand his own space, Kalliala continues.
