Young cyclist (14) died after a collision in Kapellen: 22-year-old driver was under the influence of alcohol and drugs

In the Christian Pallemansstraat in Kapellen, just north of Antwerp, an accident occurred on Monday evening between a car and a cyclist. The victim, according to our information a 14-year-old boy, was taken seriously injured to the hospital, but died of his injuries there. The 22-year-old driver was at the time of collision under the influence of alcohol and narcotic drugs.
