The media group ProSiebenSat.1 has to look for a new chairman of the supervisory board.
Andreas Wiele does not start any further term as a member and chairman of the committee after the regular course of his election period, the company announced on Friday evening. He therefore intended to excrete the supervisory board with the termination of the ordinary general meeting on May 28, 2025. The search for a successor will be initiated immediately in order to make the shareholders a corresponding proposal.
For the ProSiebenSat.1 share, the after-board tradegate trade went up 0.75 percent on Friday to 5.37 euros.
