That’s how many fines were issued in your municipality last year for driving under the influence

Last year, 42,616 road users were fined for driving under the influence. That is 30 percent more than five years ago. In 2019, for example, there were ‘only’ 32,544 fines for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Relatively speaking, the most people were fined in the municipalities of Oostzaan, Laren and Texel.
