Moldova drops out of the Eurovision Song Contest: the quality of the songs was deplorable

The Eurovision Song Contest will not have 38 but only 37 participants this year in Basel. Moldova pulled out at the last minute. The country had already completed auditions, but the national final will not take place. The reason? The quality of the entries was so poor that the delegation was reluctant to send any of them to Switzerland.
