the former prime minister of Finland Sanna Marini the application for a restraining order will be heard today at the Helsinki District Court. The 36-year-old suspected stalker appeared in the hall wearing a pink shirt. Sanna Marin is on the spot behind the screen.
Marin’s hairdresser lover Joni Wilberg was there as a witness. He was ordered out of the hall at the beginning of the session, but the man returned there when the proceedings moved on to hearing personal witnesses.
Willberg was heard for about twenty minutes. After that, he left the sitting room to the back corridor.

– There was quite an atmosphere there. Sanna Marin sat there behind the screen, completely expressionless. He looked at the judge, not at the media, says Iltalehti reporter Karoliina Simoinen, who was in the courtroom.
– It seemed that we were on the brink of something serious. The respondent had a lighter mood. He laughed. He apparently demanded an additional assistant, but it was not granted to him. It caught my eye that Joni Willberg was sitting there in the hall just recently.
Iltalehti asked Willberg, who had left the session hall, for a comment on the spot. However, the good-natured man refused.
The judge ordered the proceedings to be partially secret. The media was asked to leave the scene while the classified material was being processed.
Marin’s personality caught the attention of those present.
– Marin was sharp looking, stylish again there. The seriousness showed that this is surely a heavy subject for him. He stared straight at the judge. He certainly wants to keep as much privacy as possible around this matter, Simoinen estimates.
Editor of Iltalehti Jari Hanska reminds in the broadcast that the police have already ordered a temporary restraining order against Marin’s stalker. The man in question has previously been ordered to have a restraining order against two different women.
