Daler is the only defendant in the case. The interested party is the National Pension Institute. There are no other criminal charges in the case.
Iltalehti contacted Daler to comment on the matter. He found out about it himself recently through a contact from Seiska’s editor.
Daler told Iltalehti that he called the district court today.
– They said from there that the matter is so recent that they haven’t had time to send me a notification either.
– According to all logic, I have left Kela’s housing benefit to roll over, and I have not declared that I have other income, Daler estimates.

Both Daler and the company admitted at the time that the note about commercial cooperation had been forgotten.
