In addition to the over 30 lawsuits against the rapper and producer, there is another one.
Sean “Diddy” Combs has been in custody since September 16th. The rapper and producer is accused of abuse, sex trafficking, prostitution and blackmail. The FBI and SDNY are also investigating whether the 54-year-old initiated so-called sex parties (with a prominent guest list, including Usher, Leonardo DiCaprio and Justin Bieber) where drugs were sold and sex trafficking was carried out. Previously, in March 2024, police raids were carried out on his properties due to such allegations. Over that time, more and more lawsuits against Diddy have piled up. Another accusation has now been added to the more than 30 – from an anonymous woman who claims that Diddy raped her in 2000.
What emerges from the statement of claim
The plaintiff testified that Diddy and two other men approached her about a nanny job in Manhattan and continually pressured her. They wanted to drive her home in their SUV after work – until she finally agreed. When she realized that they weren’t on the direct route to her home, the then 16-year-old nanny is said to have become clearly anxious, whereupon Sean “Diddy” Combs gave her a drink to calm down.
After drinking, she said she felt unwell. This is said to be the time when she was allegedly taken to another, undetermined location and Diddy allegedly raped her. He later dropped her off in the lobby of her house.
Since then, the nanny is said to have been dealing with ongoing psychological and physical pain, and she would also have a difficult time financially due to the alleged incident – and that is why she would now sue.
Diddy’s legal team counters this
The musician’s legal team also said of the new allegations, according to People: “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it will not change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually harassed or sexually assaulted anyone – man or woman , adult nor minor.”
