Anneke Dusink has won the Westerwolder of the Year 2024 election. The results of the election – organized for the fifth time by the editor of the Kanaalstreek and the Streekblad – were announced tonight by Mayor Jaap Velema during the New Year’s reception of the municipality of Westerwolde in the Spiekerhus in Ter Apel.
