A fire broke out at the Jeroen Bosch Hospital in Den Bosch on Sunday night. The fire raged in the old building of the former Willem-Alexander Hospital, at the back of the site. Facility services are located there.
The fire is said to have started from a spreader or snow plow. The fire brigade had to saw open a roller door to get to the seat of the fire.
Laboratories and meeting rooms
The smoke spread through a large part of the building, including laboratories, meeting rooms and the morgue. The smoke and soot damage would be considerable.
