Grischa Gladen has found a new role outside of the fashion industry.

The former brand manager of the menswear provider Baldessarini has been appointed Business Development Manager at the German security technology manufacturer Abus Security Tech Germany. Gladen, who says he has held this role since December, announced this on Wednesday on the career network Linkedin.

It was already clear at the end of May that Gladen would be leaving Baldessarini. New owner R.Brand Group announced his departure as part of “the ongoing realignment” that the former Ahlers brands – Baldessarini, Pioneer and Pierre Cardin – have been undergoing since the acquisition in mid-2023.

Gladen took over management at Baldessarini in August 2023. He joined Baldessarini in March 2021 as Sales Director National for Germany. Previously, he was responsible for sales of the Calamar brand, which belongs to the clothing group Bültel International Fashion Group. He also headed the customer retail and e-commerce divisions at the clothing provider Création Gross GmbH & Co. KG for ten years.
