Most of the employees of bankrupt Blokker have new jobs: only 238 employees are applying for benefits

The majority of the employees of the bankrupt Blokker retail chain have probably already found a new job. According to the benefits agency UWV, only 238 Blokker employees have registered for unemployment benefits. “For a total of more than 3,500 employees, that is a very low number,” says UWV labor market expert Frank Eskes.
