The clothing supplier Fuchs Schmitt GmbH & Co. KG is moving its headquarters. The company, which was taken over by Leineweber GmbH & Co. KG last year, remains loyal to the Aschaffenburg location.

Fuchs Schmitt is expected to move into new premises in the “Green Vision” commercial property at Bauhofstrasse 16 in Markt Großostheim in the middle of the year, according to a statement published on Tuesday. In the building, which is only a few kilometers away from the previous company headquarters, the clothing supplier will in future use “the rental space in the entire basement, ground floor and first floor” with a total area of around 3,000 square meters.

The property, which was built in 1992 and previously housed offices for the contact lens manufacturer Alcon/Ciba Vision, has “already been largely gutted” and will be “expanded in the next few months according to the tenants’ wishes under the planning of the Roza Project Planning company,” explained Fuchs Schmitt. The aim is to create “a modern, tailor-made office world with flexible units from the classic cubicle office to open space, showroom, collaborative areas and meeting rooms through to the canteen and warehouse”.

Andrea Krumme and Kai-Christian Richter, who make up the management of the clothing provider, explained the choice of location: “Fuchs Schmitt’s DNA lies in Aschaffenburg, our roots are here. “It was therefore of immense importance for us to remain connected to the region when we decided to move,” they explained in a statement.
