Renewed passage
The work in the Passage in the Stadshart has been going on for some time. Stores such as Intertoys, Xenos and Holland & Barrett will continue to exist, as will M-dinner and Toko Rasu. At the end of 2024, Trekpleister and Iper Megastore and parking garage P11 opened. From Wednesday 8 January you can do your shopping in the new Dirk supermarket.
Owner PingProperties is now looking for new tenants for the Daily Plaza fresh square. This includes a baker, butcher, fishmonger and cheesemonger. In a while, the construction of a new residential tower above the Passage will also start.
