Only seven youth chains are registered in De Wolden, the municipality is taking control

The number of chains in De Wolden that still participate in the municipal scheme Keten United has halved compared to eight years ago. There are only seven chains registered, which means that any other chains are not legal. The municipality wants to take more control in directing and implementing chain policy.
