In his lawsuit, he named several other defendants, such as the director of content Charlie Dixon and by Joy Taylorwho moderated Bayless’s debate show.

Faraji claims in her lawsuit that Dixon grabbed her buttocks at an office birthday party. Taylor, on the other hand, got Faraj to join him as a moderator because of his relationship with Dixon.

According to Faraj, who is of Iranian background, he was also treated with racial and ethnic discrimination at Fox.

– Ms. Faraji brings these issues forward because for more than a decade at Fox, she had to endure a misogynistic, racist and ableist work environment where executives and talent were allowed to physically and verbally abuse employees with impunity, the lawsuit claims.
