Benjamin Rautiainen is Finland’s great hero. PDO
Finland is playing in the final of the under-20 World Cup tournament. Nuoret Leijonat defeated Sweden in the semi-final with Benjamin Rautiainen’s overtime goal. The thrilling goal came just 38 seconds before the end of overtime.
– They are always bad, when you don’t expect such things. Maybe there was a little bit of fatigue, Rautiainen said.
– The goal is to win gold here, there is still one stage left. The stomach is not full yet. I don’t think anyone in that booth has experienced the World Cup final. A great game is coming, towards it, the solver thought.
Petteri Rimpinen played again in Finland’s goal – and won.
– This achievement feels pretty good. Someone probably needs to wake up a bit now. Great fight. My friend’s goalkeeper was probably waiting for a pass to Kasper Halttusen on the other side in that goal.
– Now let’s celebrate for a while and then focus on the next thing, Rimpinen thought.
Hemming woke up
