The Ministry of Justice and Security is not yet intervening at the forensic institution in Den Dolder from where a patient probably stabbed a 76-year-old woman to death on Thursday. The previously criticized organization was under the department’s guardianship for a year after incidents, but according to a spokesperson, this is no longer the case.
