The Volkswagen Group had a mixed result in US sales in 2024.
The VW brand sold 15.2 percent more, with a good 379,000 units, as the company announced on Friday. In the fourth quarter, sales increased by 7.0 percent to a good 103,000 vehicles.
The Audi subsidiary, on the other hand, recorded a decline of 14 percent to a good 196,500 vehicles in 2024. The fourth quarter also showed a decline. This was 6 percent to a good 60,600 cars.
