Hannah Mae has been named Emmenaar of the Year 2024. Mayor Eric van Oosterhout announced this on Friday evening during the New Year’s reception of the municipality of Emmen in the Atlas Theater. A majority of the readers of the Emmer Courant had voted for the 26-year-old singer-songwriter from Nieuw-Weerdinge.
