Survived the operation well

More than three weeks after his serious car accident, West Ham United striker Michail Antonio has left hospital, according to media reports. The 34-year-old from the Premier League club was treated in London after he had an accident and was seriously injured.
The teammate of the German national striker Niclas Füllkrug (31) had to undergo an operation, which he survived well. Shortly after the accident, West Ham coach Julen Lopetegui even spoke of a miracle given the relatively mild consequences for Antonio. With 68 goals in 268 league games, the attacker is the London club’s record scorer in the English elite league.
However, West Ham also had to digest some bad news on New Year’s Eve. Captain Jarrod Bowen (28) is out for the time being with a fracture in his left foot. The English media is not expecting the striker to return until February.
