Justus Kainulainen ranks first in Innebandymagazinet’s prestigious list.

The Swedish Innebandymagazinet has published its long-awaited list of the world’s best floorball players in 2024. The number one on the men’s list is Finland Justus Kainulainenwomen’s Sweden Maja Viström.
Behind the prestigious list are the coaches of the World Cup countries and the journalists of the biggest floorball countries.
There is a strong Finnish representation in the men’s top ten. Aaro Astala is another Miska Mäkinen eighth and Joona Rantala tenth.
The only Finn on the women’s list is rated second best Veera Kauppi.
Efficient
Kainulainen represents the Oilers from Espoo. He led his club to the Finnish championship last spring after an 18-year break.
Kainulainen was the stock market leader in the playoffs: 18 matches, 36 (26+10) points. At the moment, he is second in the F-League stock exchange: 15 matches, 38 (21+17) points.
Kainulainen was a key player in the World Championships in Malmö, which ended with a golden celebration for Finland after a 5-4 overtime victory. The balance of the final was two goals and an assist.
