The traditional New Year’s dive in Scheveningen is cancelled. Due to the predicted strong wind ‘in combination with a strong current and high waves’, the organization decided to cancel the event on Monday afternoon. Every year, about 10,000 people participate in the dive into the sea to ring in the new year.
